Option 1 - $500 up front and 1.5% at closing

- Home listed on MLS for a 6 month period (inlcudes unlimited pictures and time period is negotiable)
- Home also listed on Realtor.com, MSN.com, AOL.com, Yahoo.com, HNRProperties.com, Trulia.com, Craigslist, etc...
- Provide copies of sellers disclosure and lead base paint disclosure
- Provide comparables to determine your list price
- Provide staging tips for the home
- Will do 2 open houses (you choose date and time)
- Will send an email blast to all agents in your area notifying them of the new listing
- A call center will assist in setting up showings
- Owner will receive emailed feedback after scheduled showings
- Will assist in fielding calls and follow up calls
- Will show the property to prospective buyers without agents
- Provide flyers for in-home visits
- Provide a yard sign and up to 3 directional signs
- Provide info box
- Provide lock box
- Will oversee all contract negotiations
- Set up all necessary inspections
- Will take you all the way up to and through the closing process
- 5% of the proceeds goes to Habitat for Humanity of St. Louis when you choose this option

- Provide a sellers disclosure and a lead base paint dislosure for the owner
- Provide comparables to determine your list price
- Provide staging tips for the home
- A call center will assist in setting up showings
- Owner will receive emailed feedback after scheduled showings
- Will assist in fielding calls
- Provide 100 flyers for in-home visits
- Provide a yard sign
- Provide info box
- Provide lock box
- 5% of the proceeds or $25 is donated to Habitat for Humanity of St. Louis when you choose this option
*All prices include a 6 month listing period. After 6 months there is a $100 re-listing fee.

Option 3 - Auction Property $1000 up front and 3% paid at closing
|
- We advertise the property weeks before the auction in various publications and websites.
- We purchase signage for the yard and surrounding neighborhoods.
- We auction the property and assist with the closing process.
- If it doesn't sell at auction we will list the home for $500 up front and 1.5% paid at closing.
