Hintmann Nations Realty LLC was initially created to rehab distressed homes. After completing a couple of successful rehabs we realigned the company focus toward offering discounted listings. We were determined that our company could offer the same level of service as a traditional brokerage while saving our clients thousands of dollars at the same time.
Hintmann Nations Realty has created three different discounted options to help you save money when you list your home. We believe our program is a great fit for those who want to sell their home 'For Sale By Owner', rehabbers, small home builders and anyone else who wants to save money selling their home. Hintmann Nations Realty also represents clients who are interested in purchasing a new home. This service is at no cost to the customer because the commission is typically paid by the seller.
